When there is already a chapter with the exact chapter number (read from the ComicInfo.xml without extracting the archive on the host), this chapter shouldn't be moved. Therefore, at the beginning of a move process, there should be a scan of the Kavita folder, and all chapters that are in the Kavita folder should be skipped in the Suwayomi folder.
